Requirement: 1. It is for Windows PC only, not Android, not IOS 2. I design clothes and I have more than 10,000 images for different clothes styles in hard disk of my computer. 3. If one client provides one image for one style, then I need this software to find similar styles like the client’s style. 4. It should work on my computer( localhost), no need to connect internet. 5. If you can make it via C++, that would be great. Thank you so much.

I would prefer using deep learning if using linux computer, but if you are using Windows then its better to use opencv and perform similarity evaluation to find out the best matches. I might be using histogram based similarity matching for this.
