197718 small agenda desktop app

I have a client that needs to make a very small agenda desktop application of his existing all dbf dos application. It's a very simple program, but we need to make a Windows application with Ms SQL server, with the same functions as this one has but for windows and windows look. The application would be in Spanish, but you can make it in english and then I can translate the texts for final delivery. It would be great that the language file would be very easy to change. I've attached the application in a zip file, it's in spanish but very easy to understand. We'd need to import dbf database into new desktop application. This software should be a trivial thing for any programmer. We need this to do this: - Search by name or company (nombre & comañia). This search should have autocomplete, so that it queries existing database and shows results real time befor searching, and we would use cursor keys or mouse to select. - Listing results, with CODE, Name of company, Contact person and displaying below the contact details completely. - We need to be able to add any number of companies easily with - Search by company name, contact person, photo, city, province, telephone. - Add notes to each of the clients in the database easily. - We should have an easy way to search through the agende, by name, company name, code, telephone. Ordered by name/company name/code, ascending/descending. - We should be able to print a search result on screen or on a printer. - We'd add the contact details of the client (he's a laywer) and his logo at the top of the application, so that it's seen all the time. The form will change a bit, we'll possibly add more fields, like email, web site and a couple more possibly. As you can see, this is a very very easy software to do.
