Complete IOS Chat APP - repost

I have a chat application which is in production. THis application already interfaces with my servers. Now it is time to complete the app and customize its functions. I currently have three tasks to be completed: 1. The server and login are complete. THe user list also becomes populated. Missing: 1. Selecting a user from the user list should goto a new view which is actually a chat view. 2. Currently, sending a message from me to you, shows as a popup message window on the iphone. This should not be so. It should be as a thread such as in WhatsApp or Messages all in the same caht view. 3. Users can only receive messages when they are in an active chat with their contact. If they receive a message from another contact, then there can be a flag on the contact to show that they are trying to get their attention, but that is all. There is another specification list which should cover all requirements for this app. The bidder will receive this communication after signing of an NDA and being awarded this job. You offer it to complete the full application. Payment is completed after task list is complete without errors. Freelancer will be required to mark all programming changes with a comment //Freelancer edits so that I can track your changes without having to run a dif command on a terminal.
