Hi, I am going to need more information on what is required for the project. From the description the task seems to be software development. I can write the software on an Arduino and test the executable with motors or LED’s. I can also write the code in C and depending on the micro controller you intend to use get the data required. I will be able to start easier after Christmas/New Year however I am flexible to hit milestones as you require. My background is integrating computer vision with robotics.
