Arduino Uno 013

I have built a project using arduino uno. Please check the attach files for details about this project. I have attached the current project schematic and project details. I want to add four pedestrian switches to this existing circuit and also something like human machine interface(to change traffic light time not from code but using LCD and keypad.)
