Hello, I want a software to keep eye on a folder, if any new folder comes in that folder, software should start creating .torrent file for it and upload at mininova/TPB and after uploading completed, software should double click on the created .torrent file to add it to the UTorrent to start seeding. Everything should be automatic, as i start the software it should keeping looking for new coming folders and continue his work... Software should work on a Windows OS.
