PDF Branding Software C/C++ URGENT

I'd like a clone of the software found at www.viralpdf.com. It's essentially a search and replace tool for pdf, it looks for tags, and allows user to replace all instance of each tag with other information. For example. All instances of %%name%% might be replaced with the persons name. All instances of %%affiliate%% might be replaced with affiliate ID. If you have done this sort of work before, and have experience with the pdf format, this should be very little work. Must be single executable file, written in C++.
