Modify Video Output Module: Image File for VLC Media Player

When capturing stills from the VLC Media Player, the PNG files are limited to 3MB. We need to overcome this file size limitation. Images from HDV with lots of detail contain more information than 3 megabytes will fit in PNG format, and thus the bottom of the captured images is cut off and results in a black bar. We need someone to modify the “Image File” Video Output Module of the VLC Media Player so that it does not contain this file size limitation for PNG files. (Lossy compressed captures are not an option for us as the compression also messes with the interlacing.)
