File parsing and export to excel application

We require a simple parsing application. The application will run on a windows desktop so we need a simple executable program that doesnt need installing. Attached is a sample file we will need the Parsing Application to read from. As the file is going to be quite large we have cut it down to 64 entries so I could upload it but the application needs to be able to process a file with upto 20,000 records. For each entry we need to capture the names - surname and initial, the address of the institution and the email address if there is one, i.e. the details highlighted below. RECORD 1: NAME: McLay RN, Spira JL. ADDRESS: Department of Mental Health, Naval Medical Center San Diego, San Diego, CA, 92134, USA, EMAIL: rmclay1(at)[login to view URL] Once they have been parsed we need to export the data to EXCEL. I have attached some screenshots of a very similar program which does the same thing for a different file format so something similar would be great. Winning bidder will be based on price and experience - those that produce a sample program for us to test that has most of the functionality will be most likely to win the work and all of the other parsing applications we will be requiring.
