Semi-Automatic Torrent Uploading Tool

Hi, I am looking for freelancer who have enough spare time and are skilled enough to take on this project. I am looking for a tool that's able to semi-automatically upload torrent to several torrent websites. The only thing I want to do is entering the required captcha codes, the rest should be automatic. Furthermore, the tool should support socks4/5 and http proxies.
