One PC Multiple Clients System - URGENTLY REQD.

We need a software that will enable more than 1 user to share the computing power of 1 PC independently, i.e., the host PC will have the software running and additional stations can be added via VGA display card for monitors and a PS/2 USB adaptor for additional mouses and keyboards. The software should work on win 98, Win Mellenium, Win 2000 and Win XP platform. Each workstation should be enabled to work independently, can access open and save files, run applications (even same applications also like MS-Word, etc), surf the internet independently at the same time, with no perceptible performance degradation. The main station will be the administrator to set number users and its priviledges. It will also have the right to boot and shut down the client systems. We will upload the software in our website from where it will be sold. The system should have a demo version to download that users can try for 15 days for 1 user, after that it will be expired and the user will be asked to register it online. The number of users to use this system will be the number licenses bought, which can be upgraded later. We also need it to be anti-piracy protected so that no illegal copy of this system can be made. That means once it is downloaded, it cannot be downloaded again in the same PC. For example, it can either be done by reading the physical number of the hard disk where it is downloaded once or the MAC address of the computer, and send that for registration. This is an initial project, which is very urgently required and the best service provider chosen will get higher priority for our main project, which will be posted soon after this.
