Small business acquisition

Hey, I hope you're doing well. We're planning on acquiring a small business in California within six months. We're looking for a well-established business with legacy processes that can be automated or updated, like a warehouse where many of the operations are being automated by robots. We've been talking to brokers, but they're trying to sell us restaurants and gas stations as you would expect. We need the help of someone who can guide us through the complicated process of acquiring a business and someone who can direct us toward businesses that meet our criteria.
