About the Role: Come aboard and take the next step in your career! We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced freight forwarding Business Development Manager for our team. In this position you collaborate with senior stakeholders within the business and work closely with our Operations, and Customer Service Teams. You actively build your sales pipeline, exploring and securing new and profitable business across all trade lanes in air and sea freight. You can identify with high level of proactive sales hunting and lead generation? Then you are the right person for the job – apply now! Key Accountabilities: Drive and manage sales opportunities for both Air & Sea freight. Develop strategies and activities to support both new & existing customer relationships. Research and identify sales pipelines and support campaigns across vertical markets, products & trade lanes. Develop and maintain a fit for purpose pipeline of prospects that matches the company’s strategies. Skills and Experience: Demonstrated business development experience in freight forwarding industry considered a must. A strong track record in successfully identifying new business opportunities and developing customer relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as time management.
