Repair a block wall

We have 2 block walls around a swimming pool that need repairing. The top row of blocks needs to be removed and then the wall rebuilt with new blocks and steel rods and filled with concrete as glass fencing will sit on the wall when it's finished. There is approximately 50 blocks plus there caps to be replaced I need someone with plenty of experience in brick and block laying for this job. All the materials needed are ready and waiting to go but you will need a cement mixer and a sledgehammer and other bricklaying tools.
