I am looking to hire a professional and experienced contractor to do aerial, underground construction and overlash as well as fiber optics and coax splicing. I have existing infrastructure in place, though this has not been specified. This is a long term contractor must have experience in a variety of construction methods, new Build (Strand install etc), 2 to 3 man crews with necessary equipment to perform work is preferred but all with sufficient knowledge in Fiber Aerial Construction may still be available for immediate onsite work. Other Requirements: Must have bucket truck's , CABLE TRAILERS, CABLE PLACING TOOLS & SAFETY EQUIPMENT, PROPER INSURANCES.

Oakfield Mansions is a 15 unit block of flats formed from 3 semi-detached Merchant houses circa 1840. The original buildings had servant quarters and associated cellars on the ground floor the upper 4 floors were used by the families. During the conversion process late 1970's/1980's there was a major rebuild of one of the houses due to structural issues. As a consequence of this work the cellars were destroyed. On completion of the work the cellar area was filled with rubble and spoil. A reinforced concrete slab was cast over the area of the cellar and now forms part of the car park. Work is now being undertaken to bring the cellar area back into use by removing the rubble, spoil and redundant shuttering from under the concrete slab. Hello my husband and I are purchasing a cute tiny bungalow and we want to add a two story add on. See picture the red and yellow is where we want to add on. If the power is in way we will have it moved. Master suite down stairs with a large walk in closet and a master bathroom. The second floor add one large room. Nothing but contractor grade everything. I live in a 800 sq foot condo and mold was everywhere. I wiped everything down and called my insurance company. Apparently they only want to replace my lower kitchen cabinets and 4 ft. of the wall in the dining room that backs up to it. There was mold everywhere and I believe all the cabinets need to be replaced. I have a lung disease called Sarcoidosis and x-rays have shown an increase in damage in my lungs.
