Simple Logo/Banner Design

Need simple banner/logo for blog site. Possible emailer later. I will provide more details to the successful bidder. The successful bidder needs to be available and accessible during the project. My budget for this project is $30.00 to $50.00. I will not pay outside of GAF. I will not escrow until I see workable mock ups and will release the escrow when I am in receipt of the final project. Too - whatever the winning bid amount is -- that's all I will pay. So don't accept the project and then want more money outside of the agreed price. Would need to see samples of previous work. Need a fresh yet sophisticated design. Needs to be finished by February 17th. If you are not able to finish the project in the specified time frame -- please do me a favour and DO NOT bid.
