I can create an energy analytical model of your building using Revit 2024 (Revit 2024 uses the world wide accepted EnergyPlus simulation engine with the help of OpenStudio), and by analyzing the energy analytical model based on external weather conditions depending on the location of the building, I can perform heating and cooling load calculations. I can also perform ventilation calculations, duct sizing, and equipment capacity calculations. Even though architectural plans are not BIM-based, I 3D-BIM model the architecture and continue to do mechanical work that is 3D-BIM-based.
