To all, I am looking for an expert in Chief Architect Premier to produce construction drawings for a single family home in the US. I will provide the floor plan in Chief Architect as well as a hand sketch building section(s), interior and exterior trim profiles, cornice to develop the construction document set. This set will include fully developed and dimensioned floor plans with option call outs, annotated elevations with appropriate line weight display, building sections as necessary to adequately convey the building structure, details to direct, typical window and door ext. trim, cornice and siding interaction, porch and house band details, permit only electrical plan, etc. I will also require a min. (2) rendered exterior elevations, style to be determined. Quick turnaround is required with redlines as necessary. I can provide a sample work as requested, as well as layout page. This is 1 of possible 8 homes ranging from 1900 sqft heated to 2900 sqft heated. Thank everyone interested.
