431584 Asp.net expert needed - daemon cron job project

Hi, We have a Flash app which is reading an XML from an admin panel, which is running a 30mins cron job (pulling search keywords from twitter and counting them), to output to the xml. Admin panel -> dbase -> xml file <- front end flash file Currently the cron job is running via admin panel which was supposed to be hosted in admin server. Flash app is on a different front end public server. However, we need the cron job to be running on the front end side and generate the xml on front end public server because we have no access to the admin server. The only node of communication is via the dbase which both sides can read from. The cron cannot be a windows scheduled task and has to be some asp.net daemon script which will fire every 30mins and store data to the dbase. Pls PM me I will send you all files to have a look.
