Google Map Integration classic asp

I need some work on a google map's project. Based on search results i'd like to add markers to a google map based on either the address of the location or the Latitude and Longitude. The page would be divided into two areas. The left side would have the search results and the right half would be the actual map with the marker. Each Marker would have a character that would relate back to the search results. When the user hovered or clicks the marker we would provide some additional info to be displayed. In side that additional info i would like to have a link that would open a new page if possible. I would prefer that this is mostly done in javascript so that I can move this to any language i need to in the future. Please see the attached document as a simple wireframe of how things would look.
