Set up .net site on dedicated 2008 window server

I have a site that is currently hosting on a godaddy shared hosting. Godaddy only allows 200MB data storage and the db has increased to 400MB. I would like to host the database on a dedicated server and then connect that db to godaddy hosting. SQL Server Enterprise edition is already configured and the database is already set up on the server too. It's just the connection between the godaddy shared hosting ( site html and .net files) and dedicated server 2008 ( database). Please bid only if you have experience with dedicated server and specially with [login to view URL] database.
