558103 Migrate One ASP Page to ASP.NET 4.0 / CONFIG.WEB Update

I am migrating my site to a server that I can't install ISAPI filters on, so my current IISRewrites will not work on the new server. I have an ASP page in my site that uses these rewrites, so I must migrate this particular file to .NET. I intend to migrate the entire site, but for now, it's necessary to migrate this one particular file now. The file that needs to be migrated is alltrainingbycity.asp. An example of a friendly URL for that particular page is: [login to view URL] The actual URL is: [login to view URL] The [login to view URL] file must include the rewrites so that links to the friendly URL get routed to the actual .aspx file
