Authorize.net integration using ASP

I want a simple [login to view URL] integration, where the customers can go enter an "invoice number" (which is mailed to them) "customer name" "address" "date" "ammount" "CC#" "Expire date" and possibly some other feilds. I would like this done in ASP. It would be ideal (not required) to have a back end database so the customers don't have to put in any information expect for a "user name" and "password". Security is a big thing and I would like it to be kept into consideration. The website that this will be implemented upon is www.supercow.com. Thank you for you interest.
