It sounds like you are having the same problem I had a few years ago. I have lost over 30 pounds of fat and gained it back in muscle mass with the DELICIOUS (I mean that) recipies I can share with you (They don’t even have to include vegetables). The mainstream websites don’t tend to share with you really tasty alternatives but let me tell you, the 2 weeks I went COMPLETELY without carbs was actually pretty tasty (you don’t have to go completely without carbs, just showing you what is possible), and I can help you feel the same way. Full disclosure: I am not a nutritionist/dietitian, but since my weight loss, I have undergone training to make sure that I can eat and feel right, and so I can help YOU eat and feel right.
