PDF to WMF document conversion project

This project involves converting around 28 PDF files to WMF. This will be around 75 to 80 individual document pages converted from the pdf forms to wmf. I have to wait for approved documents to be released from various agencies, so there can be a couple of weeks between documents at times. -The project involves converting individual pages from PDF forms into .wmf files both with and without embedded fonts. -The .wmf files should stay in the range of approximately 100 to 400 kb in size as this is a project requirement. - I request two versions of each wmf document page, one version of each page with _embedded fonts_ and one version of each page _without embedded fonts_. *We have found the WMF files with the embedded fonts seem to work the best for this project, but would like to have both versions of the WMF with fonts and without embedded fonts as a safety net. - Some documents contain barcode and other graphics that will need to convert from the PDF to the WMF's and care must be taken with the fonts to ensure the quality of the files. Adobe Illustration is a common tool for this process. - Deliver completed WMF file as they are converted. WMF's will be QA tested in a side by side review as the conversion work is completed for each set of documents. File that fail QA testing will be returned to be reprocessed as necessary. -We are looking at a tentative deadline to have these files completed by January 31, 2013. Although it is possible a couple of the final pdf forms may not be available until sometime in early February or later. In this event we may need to extend the completion deadline as necessary to complete the remaining document conversions. I will need to review a sample of your work created from the original .PDF that I provide to you but just page 1 & page 2 samples.
