Debian SA-Exim Guide to Spam Check

I need a guide to setting up SA-Exim on a debian machine, from apt-getting the install to setting up a mailbox which can receive emails and reading the results of the email received. As one of my clients has some problems with one of his email sending scripts I want to be able to track down the problem by hosting a Spam Assassin testserver. I need an overview of: * all command-line commands * important settings of SA * which configuration files to edit * starting from a base installation of debian (Amazon EC2) * setting up a working pop3 account * an easy way to read the results of a submitted email * questions answered after first trial of the guide ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
