We just need someone who can build a simple "skin" APK, that should only open on a webview a responsive website. So, you should follow these 3 steps: 1)Create de "Skin" APK for a de webview of our website inside the app, which will open it also hiddin the URL adress bar on it. 2)Create a splash login screen with our logo when the apk runs. 3) Be responsable for the APKs publishing, on PlayStore and Apple Store, until the approval. As we dont are publishers and dont know how to make it (and dont want to spent hundred of dollars annyally), we need someone who has and will keep a valid account on Google Play and AppleStore, or if you dont have an Applestore account, you should offer us a a way to publish with lower cost, like on a shared account for example, instead you dont have how to publish it on your own apple account has a free apk. Dear Sir/Madam, I can make your application as described but could I confirm my understanding. 1) Splash screen with your logo (only shows the first time?) 2) Main screen with a full screen web view with normal navigation as your website, the URL bar is hidden 3) Publish to Google Play I only have a Google dev account and I can only make the Android application.
