i'm looking for experienced app developer for Xamarin / Android Studio to develop an app.. Xamarin is preferred but if database can handle the questions than that can be considered too. the required person has to handle the designing, development and database structure creation of the app (but all the relevant data in the database will be added by client only). budget is negotiable and list of functions will be explained to European / American / Canadian or any other selected freelancer only
