Android tablet app

Hey all I am in need of a simple android app for my own personal use in my car. It will not need to be in the Google App Store nor am I going to sell it/profit from it. Please see the attached PDF for all the details. I would like the app to somewhat stay the same design as you see in the pdf. And it may seem like a lot of stuff but that's only because I am very detailed about how it should look/act and want to give the freelancer all the visuals that I can for better communication. There are only 6 main pages for this whole app. Please take the time to look over the PDF as I spent a lot of time and effort in order to have a better outcome/overall view of the app with the freelancer. It's only for personal use in my car for my kids to play on. Its pretty much just RecyclerViewGrids and TabLayout. No login is needed. No API's needed. No databases will be needed for this. No submission to the Google Play Store. No Ad mobs. No App logo needed. No App icons needed. It simply loops though the picture directory and populates each time respectively. The .mp4 videos for them are named the same as the picture. Example of this: For the picture it would be called The [login to view URL] and the video would be The Matrix.mp4. All the posters will be stored on the internal 256GB ssd and, like I say in the pdf, you can loop through the separate directory's and load the .png picture files. All the video files and games will be on an external 512GB SD Card. The Movies, Shows and Music all have videos for them. So its just when the user selects a picture then it would start playing the movie in the default android video player. The "User" tab is just a password I can put in to close the app and return to the normal Android OS. The "Android" tab lists the game icon's that are already installed on the tablet. You can use "intents" on Android to launch, similar to using a command line on other platforms.
