Provide card status and additional information input : card number (scan QR or manual entering) output: Card balance voucher validity period and any issue 3. Technical support to troubleshoot technical issue like a wizard questions with different options as per user response or selection allow user to open a ticket if need further support 4. PIN Code distribution input: card number output: Pin Code confirmed as distributed the tablet must work online and offline information will be stored in a local database then sync to the remote server once internet is avalaible.
