.Net core API with docker and postgres

Need to create a solution with below requirement and submit: Create .net core web api solution with projects using v3.1 - API - Data layer - Business layer - Unit test project (N-Unit) Create API project 2 controllers with basic methods GET, POST, UPDATE, DELETE. Use EF to update data in database. Use PostgreSQL for database and connect only using data layer project.(assumption with postgresql will be on AWS RDS) Create models in business layer project and use these to read JSON data in API and update using Data layer project. Create Docker compose and docker file. Using docker file, should be able to deploy API application on AWS using ECS and Fargate. ** All the above mentioned criteria need to satisfied. ** The application should not break and be able to support if DB Model changes. ***All the criteria will be tested by me before I release the funds.
