video editing for a web page

I need someone familiar with web design and preferably iMovie to edit some of our own videos for placement on our new web page. A few will need to be downloaded from YouTube, some will be sent to you. We use ipads and Apple Mac so you must be compatible. Some videos will be edited to combine to one, and some may be shortened to be displayed on their own. Graphics will need to be added to the videos. There are fewer than 10 videos, and we are hoping to have at most three as the final product. Videos are short, 3 to 5 minutes each.
