need advertising mailer postcard designed-MRH

I am looking for someone who understands how to design a professional looking postcard that we can use to mail to potential customers. I need someone who understands how important layout is and understands the do and donts of creating a US postcard. This will be a standard postcard 4"x6" color on bothsides. I want someone who has advertising background or someone with marketing experience who can create, layout a great looking postcard. Please dont waste my time or yours if you are only a graphics designer. I need someone who can take out content and be able to lay it out so it looks professional and has great eye catching design.
