Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in providing administrative support? Do you have a keen eye for managing day-to-day office tasks and ensuring smooth operations? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! OneShot Abroad, a study abroad consultancy, is looking for an Administrative Aide to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to our team and assisting with various tasks related to office operations, client coordination, and documentation. Occasional work from home (WFH) may be possible based on case-by-case basis. This is not just a regular administrative role! We offer scope for career growth and advancement based on performance, with the potential to transition into a Study Abroad Counsellor role in the future. Responsibilities: 1. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files. 2. Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to schedule appointments and meetings. 3. Provide support in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations. 4. Help with data entry and record-keeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 5. Support in conducting research and gathering information related to study abroad programs and universities. 6. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. 7. Provide general support to other team members and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in providing administrative support or similar roles. 2. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Familiarity with the study abroad industry or education sector is a plus. 7. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
