The purpose of this projectis to estimate a beta and using CAPM notions arrive at an estimate for return on equity (i.e. re). This is a precursor to estimating WACC. We will use data for Coca-Cola Amatil for the purpose of this exercise. As part of the exercise you will have to develop a spread sheet to perform your analysis. This template can then be added to your master analysis template as a “Return on Equity Estimation” module.
