Improve Website Map

I have an existing map that needs to be tweaked. [login to view URL] I need these changes done to it because I am not happy with how it looks like at the moment: 1- The map size need to be bigger, that will be at the front page. 2- Please to change the following names of the countries: Ecuador, Brasil, Spain(is España in Spanish). 3- When the mouse scroll over china, there will be 2 arrows or lines crossing the world in 2 directions, one to Spain and the other one to all the countries in latinamerica. When the mouse scroll over any other country(in orange) there will be 1 arrow or a line crossing to China. No need to put an airplane, a dashed line is fine, like this: [login to view URL] 4- The North America side to be more vertical or centered, like this: [login to view URL] 5- The names of the countries with a better presentation, also just like the link above. 6- No need to represent the South Pole into the map.
