Add native EN voice to short video

I have a 3m:16sec video which explains how a video player works. Text appears explaining what is going on. An additional video without such text is provided and needs to be edited to add the recording of the text, read in perfect, well put and catchy english. Basically you can use the video with text to help with the recording of the audio, to then add it to the video mp4. You would have to pay attention to the clicking and the highlighting as they occur in order to explain timely all actions. You can edit the video and pause it, if needed.
