Lower G-streamer RTMP Viewing Latency In Open Source Project to Less Than a Second

I'm looking for a developer who can work on the open source project [login to view URL] This project allows using gstreamer as a video renderer from within Unity. The project is written in C and C#. Right now, the latency for viewing a live RTMP stream using that asset is ~6 seconds relative to ffplay set on lowest latency. For our use case, we need to get the latency to less than one second. I'd like some way to configure the buffer size from C# in order to reduce the buffer where the live video can be played at less than one second of latency. Thanks for reading!
