Hello, it seems you are looking for someone who will make sure that your text is correct in terms of grammar, style and punctuation and does not contain phrases that need to be read repeatedly to be understood. I am a Czech translator with a degree directly in Translation Studies and Czech Language and Literature. That means that my knowledge of Czech grammar and style is better than that of most Czechs. And thanks to my knowledge of translation theory and contrastive linguistics, I am well aware of the usual errors resulting from too literal translation: for example using English word order, which puts stress on inappropriate words in Czech, or non-finite forms, which are note very common in Czech. Could I have a look at your text? How many words does it have? Is it a general, or specialized text? All of these pieces of information are important for setting the price for the job.
