Renovation of an existing web portal from home-made CMS to W

Hello, we are making renovation of one of the biggest gaming website in Slovenia (we are renovating just website – not flash games!). It has been made on some home-made CMS and now we would like to transform it to Wordpress, to make redesign and to import all users, user data and existing data on webpage + include a webshop. You should also take care for onsite SEO (redirect for all links...). Please just serious offers, I will tell you the name of website on private.
