Cron Job Script to Sync FTP files & database via phpmyadmin

Overview: Cpanel "cron job script" needed to syncronize the files for certain web site and the related database. Introduction: This project has two versions. First is the "script writing level", second is the "custom made utility for Windows/Mac" Please specify which version you are bidding on. Details: Script Writing Version: We rent Linux reseller hosting service with cPanel. In cPanel there is a "full backup" feature which back-up everthing related with the web site/account. We preferably require a single script, if not a combination of Cron Job scripts which back-up the all the web sites/accounts into one compressed file to be send to a gmail addres, if not possible, to be dumped under a certain directory on the server (optionally also letting an e-mail address know that the file has been created will be a plus) Custom Made Utility: Custom made utility with a user interface for Windows/Mac. The software should be able to read the generated back-up and generate a download link for the file. The software should have a button option to download the generated file immediately. The software should backup all the files and databases related with the reseller account. When you bid, please list and mention the parts which will NOT be able to be implemented.
