a facebook application

A simple website along with a facebook application that - 1) Gathers user's facebook data that can accessed using Joomla 2) Performs minimal logic 3) Shows results to the user 4) Accepts facebook credits as a mode of payment 5) The site and app should be able to capture basic analytics 6) Generate necessary images, css, scripts etc We would prefer the website and app to be developed in Joomla with customization We will required 3 US based customer references We will own the source code, images etc We'd let the developer decide the architecture but perhaps it makes sense for it to be a joomla solution.
