Complete site with Admin (Templates provided) + PayPal Cart

Hello. I would like you to take 2 templates (store front / admin) and make my site. The website is for webhosting/design, installation and template reseller. I have a logo created and 2 templates to use. Here's the storefront template... [login to view URL] **Flash Banner...some editing needed** Here's the admin template... [login to view URL] What I would like to do here: - Membership system with an admin login for me. password to be MD5 + SHA1 + Salt protected - Memebers need thier own cpanel to edit thier information. - I need a way to keep track of customers and customer orders via the admin panel. - I want them to pay with paypal shopping cart, but have a display of cart items on the website if possible. And a link to cart too. - I will be reselling templatemonster templates. I would like a page created to try and match the storefront template. If possible I would like to have a database of those templates so I could advertise a template of the month on my home page. **not sure if this is possible** - Visitors need to sign up to purchase all services. (Hosting, Webdesign and Template Monster Templates) - They need a way to click each service/product as add to cart. Then once purchased a confirmation page with details and a confirmation email sent to them and me. The Admin panel needs to alert me of a purchase too. A page displaying recent and all purchases in the admin panel is required. - Please comment your code as much as possible so I may edit myself later. - PHP5 please I need to see similar examples before acceptance.
