We have designs for two small boards (single chip plus supporting discretes) - an Arduino processor board and a 'shield. We need these two board designs combined to form one board, using the exact same circuit - ie no circuit design involved. Estimated total PCB size 50mm x 50mm or so. Current board designs / schematics available in Eagle. We require the combined board back as an Eagle file. If you can provide other services in addition such as prototype or batch build that would be of interest but not necessary. Some familiarity with Ardunio / Atmel would be useful if further tweaks are required later on.

I can combine the two circuits into one in approximately 1 day, returning an Eagle (I use Eagle Professional) project file, schematic, layout and Gerber photoplot files. I will also do a Design For Manufacturing check to ensure that a board house will not have problems (such as trace widths or clearance errors). I can do this in 1 day after receipt of the two Eagle project files. A separate quote can be provided for prototype production (3 to 5 units) as well as small to medium quantity manufacturing. I have over 15 years experience in the design, layout and manufacturing of small to large boards, from 2 to 10 layers, on a variety of platforms and form factors. I am available immediately.
