I need a tiny electronic module designed with the following details: - BLE bluetooth 4.2 connectivity - three axis gyroscope - three axis accelerometer - magnetometer - range extender for bluetooth - microprocessor - inductive charge receiver - bluetooth antenna - small power source (poly or li-ion battery) - 4 layer PCB board The unit needs to be smaller than 12mmx12mm. The features required are: - record and send the data from the sensors to a paired device in packets - have a range of atleast 100 metres - be able to withstand high force and impacts (will be encased in silicon, but still needs to be tough). - firmware to go with the hardware development - inductive charging to allow the unit to be charged wirelessly (needs to be as small as possible, efficiency isn't an issue). I think I understand what you need - however it involves a lot of work - circuit design along with choosing the right components, layout, pcb fab and bring up, firmware, testing & debug. Hi, Not strictly a bid as I don't have enough time right now and you are asking for something that will take heaps of detailed design, however a few notes for your benefit. - BLE bluetooth 4.2 connectivity (most of the changes since 4.0 involve protocol changes, why go for 4.2?) - three axis gyroscope - three axis accelerometer - magnetometer (available in a single package such as Inversense MPU-9250) - range extender for bluetooth (Possible but increases the energy used and thus negates the biggest BLE avdantage. I'm assuming extending the antenna is not a viable option. Keep in mind that tampering with the output of any of the certified modules will cancell that certification.) - microprocessor (If you can use a standard module there is usually enough GPIO and functioon blocks available to eliminate the need) NO ROOM - inductive charge receiver - bluetooth antenna - small power source (poly or li-ion battery) - 4 layer PCB board The unit needs to be smaller than 12mmx12mm. Dear Sir, I can help you with your project. Can propose to use Eagle for circuit and PCB layout. The only one problem that I'm completely sure that all devices that you want can't be placed on 12mm*12mm area, but if you award me, I'll do the smallest PCB possible. And one question. What Bluetooth module do you want to use? Ready made certified or any MCU chip with integrated transmitter?
