Create Month to Month / Year Marketing Calendar for Brands

We are looking for a very talented individual or agency to work with daily. We need help creating month to month and year marketing strategies to include social, ad ideas and help, email marketing help, website ecommerce marketing, data-reporting, social media branding & copywriting. You will help with general project management, finding the right resources and communicating with all team members to help stay organized and efficient. You must have experience with: Facebook ads, email marketing (mailchimp), Shopify, Asana, G suite, CoSchedule. You will look at marketing calendars such as this for guides to use as skeleton & mimic: [login to view URL] and fun ideas at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We have attached samples of documents we will provide: - our marketing calendar - our product date launches and samples of them - special events calendar - campaign ideas You will be responsible for: 1. researching the marketing calendar guide 2. studying our brand, partners and how we want to be perceived online 3. use our brand marketing ideas, unique event dates to make overrall markeitng strategies 4. create calendar for our brand and help plan, put on Asana with dates and tag right person to get work done 5. receive the work from person you assigned and confirm with me for approval 6. sync calendars and schedule social posts on CoSchedule 7. update all team members with daily / weekly reporting and calendars and ideas Most times you will NOT make content just make plans and be manager of campaigns to measure results etc. Be able to work EST (we are NY) and have video / call abilities.
