I can offer you 1 hour on the phone and a video review, where I can provide some strategies and we can consider some App store optimization, tactics and analyze what is really going on. Paying $150 for a strategy for 15 apps... well, you know how this work. Also the fact that I'm in Australia, the best thing we can do is to establish a proper relationship and analyze who is your market. Regardless, please ignore anyone that is going to ask you for "paid submissions" or for a quick process that will take 3 days, what you need is an strategy .
