correcting CMS and website problems for the Active Space

I paid a web design company to do develop a website for me. However they are slow and there has been problems. I need the website up graded and most important functioning. The Website has a CMS system that is slow clumbersome and has never worked at all. The site should also link to my word press blog so that it they can work together but doesn't. This has been going on now for 9 months for a simple design. The problems are not difficult but the company will not sort them. I am getting stuck between management and webdesigner. I want a web designer I can work directly with. I want the existing design improved and made to work and the CMS removed. I have some ideas to upgrade the site in view of its visual look. I am a graphic designer so I can supply the design look although the current pages basically work as I designed them but I want something added to make the site look and function better. I would like maybe a flash or processing effect on text so that when the cursor is moved over the wordsor pictures they move on the home page subject to cost. I need the grey removed as it makes the pages a bit dirty looking and more colour and vibrancy added to the basic design. I need the word press blog to link to the Site as the changing as information for my business on the Word Press Blog which I understand is easy to do. I run an active fitness business that specialises in getting people getting active. See the existing site and you will get an idea. www.theactivespace.co.uk. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2)I need an agreement on what will be done and designs agreed and finalised before commencement. Content and development of agreement is not part of the pricing. 3)no changes to be once agreement is made and no payment until agreed rates and work to be done is finalised. This shouldn't be difficult and the project is not extremely difficult. 4)local contact with designer would be preferrable. This will reduce time and problems. ## Platform NA
