Hi, My name is Randy Boulter, and I am a native English speaker and writer. I am a digital design engineer with over 25 years experience. I am semi-retired (early) and electronics is a passion of mine. I have 7 years experience as a tech later promoted to digital design engineer with a major defense contractor. I also have 7 years experience with a major manufacturer of building automation controls (HVAC,lighting and access controls). In addition, I have over 12 years experience in design and implementation of embedded systems for control. I have the skills necessary to produce a working prototype of your circuit with circuit diagram, software, BOM, and block diagram with theory of operation. I have designed the front yard gate controller with low cost single chip microcontroller. It has had similar commands (left, right, stop) and had to read safety limit switches. It even had two gears for smooth start and stop as the gate was very heavy. This design is similar, only much simpler in it's requirements so it would not be a problem to design and implement.
