Magento Attributes

Hi! Thanks for looking. I am in the process of opening an ecommerce store, which will stock around 8000 products. I have got 3 freelancers working for me on my csv files (1 team completing product descriptions, 1 team downloading all the product images and 1 person who has done a lot of work on the 'custom options'.) We are nearing the end of most csv's so myself and 1 freelancer are trying to assign categories and attributes. These are all created on the site, and I have exported the categories using a test product so we can start entering these into all the csvs. I hae set up all the attributes but don't know how to export these/enter them into the csv. I am sure this would be a short project for someone with experience, but I really need this doing ASAP so I can continue my work! Thanks,
